| Question: | What is the difference between the old Fastback series and the new Fastback RR series Example: 54FB-F-B vs 54FB-RR-F-B |
|
| Answer: | The RR fastback SKU comes pre-assembled at the same cost as the un-assembled version
did. Previously we were charging a premium for the RR version of the Fastback; they
now will all be pre-assembled or "Road Ready", hence the RR. |

| Question: | We have some confusion on the VESA compliant 54FB-F. We are under the impression that VESA compliant pertains to smaller mounts and displays and their hole patterns. Can you explain what makes the 54 VESA compliant? |
|
| Answer: | VESA mounting standards include 75x75mm, 100x100mm, 200x200mm and a number of others. Historically, the small LCD displays have used VESA mounting standards but the new big LCDs and a growing number of plasma companies are starting to use VESA, which can be quite large. Universal mounts like the 37FB, 54FB and other have slots in the vertical rails and those rails slide in and out, providing infinitely variable height and width, and including a number of the VESA spacings. Rather than having holes fixed at VESA standards they can also accomondate all the oddball spacings that the plasma builders use. |
