| Warranty | OmniMount warrants to the customer (end user) that its products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not extend to any items that are deemed to have been misused, modified, improperly specified, improperly installed, improperly maintained or used contrary to instructions or specifications approved by OmniMount. |

| Defective Merchandise | Should any OmniMount products show a defect in workmanship or materials within 30 days of shipment, please contact OmniMount immediately for an RA and replacement of the defective product. |
